Children’s Library Day and Shellin’ Peas

We were pleasantly surprised by the number of people at the North East Library’s Children’s Day. In spite of the gray skies and threat of rain, lots of people arrived to get free books, meet authors, play games, and have some ice cream.

When we got home, we needed to shell some peas and before we knew it, Kaylee had made her assignments and spent the rest of the task supervising her employees. Oh well.
