Patti and Mike Visit Maryland and Rhode Island
Kaylee loved playing with Uncle Mike and Aunt Patti.

Mike and I took a look at the new 5 Star at Fair Hill Eventing facility.
On our way to Rhode Island, we actually stopped at the PEZ factory and visitor center.
It's in the town of Orange, Connecticut so the Orange County Choppers guys made a unique motorcycle for them.
Getting reacquainted with Madeline and Declan was special for Jen and me, while Patti and Mike loved meeting them for the first time.
Aly made a wonderful dinner of fried plantains and arroz con pollos (chicken with rice) for everyone.
In Providence, we visited the Slater Mill which is now a National Historic Landmark, administered by the National Park Service.
It is a cotton spinning mill that is now part of the Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park.
The geese organized a disciplined attack but quickly lost interest.
Face-timing with Michigan cousins.
The First Baptist Church in America, also known as the First Baptist Meetinghouse. It was founded in 1638 by Roger Williams.
We had a great meal at New Rivers restaurant where the food was delicious and the service was flawless.
My scallops were wonderful.
After picking up some treats at the bakery, we spent some time at a park.
Back at our house, Kaylee spent the day with Aunt Patti and Uncle Mike and loved every minute.
Patti did, though, have a little trouble ordering her food at lunch.
