I had a salmon and spinach soufflé for a starter, the main course was ja pikefish soufflé with prawn sauce. Dessert was a chocolate soufflé with a dark chocolate sauce. Jen started with a cheese soufflé, her main course was a beef bourguignon soufflé with sauce, and for dessert she had a creme brulee with heart of white chocolate soufflé. Yes, it was a little much.
