Monday was a long day. Our trip home would involve a short walk to get a taxi, a taxi ride to the Copenhagen airport, a flight to Amsterdam, a flight from Amsterdam to Newark, NJ, shuttle to the Newark Amtrak station, train ride from Newark to Wilmington, and Mark picking us up in Wilmington. Our schedule really didn’t permit any delays and fortunately we didn’t have any.
We were finally home at 10:30 pm EDT, about 22 hours after we got up in Copenhagen.
