images of our life
Saturday became our day to explore Vermont. After a pancake breakfast with Vermont maple syrup, we visited the Hemmings Motor News Gas Station, Store, and Museum.
We went back to the Battle Monument and went up to see spectacular views of three states. The we visited a beautiful church and its cemetery, where Robert Frost is buried. Just a short distance from the church was Robert Frost’s Stone House, where he lived in the 20s and wrote “Stopping in the Wood on a Snowy Evening.”
We went to the Wayside Country Store, whose claim is that if they don’t have it, you don’t need it.
Finally, we found another beautiful covered bridge near Norman Rockwell’s home.
