One year ago, I made my first trip in the real world (other than medical follow-ups) after the bypass surgery. We went for a walk at the White Clay Creek State Park, and I remember telling Jen that "I don't want to scare you, but if something weird happens, the nitroglycerin tablets are in my right pocket." She didn't think it was very funny (and I was only half kidding) but I didn't need any pills and we enjoyed our walk in the fresh air. So we decided to celebrate by going to the same park, having a picnic lunch, and taking a considerably longer walk. It's a pretty park and we had a great anniversary day at the park.
