We’d been planning, reading, deciding, worrying, and anticipating for a long time. We were prepared. We were excited. And we couldn’t wait to get started. Our trip would start in The Netherlands with Dan, Courtney, Owen, Louisa, and Cara. After all, they were the reason we were going and being with them for a week made all of the anxious moments worthwhile. Then we were flying to Stockholm to explore Gamla Stan (the Old Town) for a few days. Finally, we would take a train from Stockholm to Copenhagen and spend several days exploring Copenhagen’s vibrant urban life before returning to America and home.
It was a fantastic trip and we loved it.
