We spent several hours at Bombay Hook National Wildlife Preserve and discovered a real treasure just 50 miles from our house. We’d never visited the preserve before and while we didn’t see as many ducks and geese as we expected, we did see several hundred snow geese in the air as they were landing. A number of egrets and ducks kept us entertained the rest of the day.
