We had a wonderful day in DC that began with a terrific brunch at the Terrace Restaurant at the Kennedy Center and continued with a heart=wrenching performance of Dear Evan Hansen. It was that rare August day in DC temperatures in the 80s, low humidity and brilliant sunshine. Just about perfect.
The white buildings in the foreground are part of the REACH campus, the first-ever expansion for the Kennedy Center.
The walkway to the right will connect the Kennedy Center to the trail that runs along the Potomac and the National Mall.
