Slime, School, Guitar, Pizza night, Bridges, and a Super Slide

Louisa’s message greeted us every morning coming downstairs.

This is Magi, a neighborhood cat who comes to visit almost every day. She’s apparently decided she can take care of two families.

We went to see Louisa and Cara at school several times while we were there.

We saw Owen and a friend riding home from their school while we were watching Cara.

Dan and Courtney donated recorders to the entire class. It was fun watching them enjoying learning how to make music with their own recorders.

Friday night, pizza night!

When the Euro currency was designed, it was decided that bridges representing the architecture of important periods in European history would be pictured on the seven currency notes. The bridges didn’t actually exist, they were simply representations of architectural styles. They didn’t exist, that is, until the small town of Spijkenisse decided to build them. Now, you can see all of the bridges on Euro currency on one canal in a small Dutch town. Since Courtney and I thought it would be fun to see them, we did. And we all had fun.
