Thanksgiving

We enjoyed a great Thanksgiving holiday in Michigan this year. Milo, Loudon, and Max are growing up so fast. We saw Ryan’s new apartment and also saw Kevin and Becca’s new house. We went to the spectacular and awe-inspiring Fox Theater to see a performance of Wizard of Oz.

Most important, we were able to spend time with family and friends for a wonderful holiday. The dinner was perfect and it will take some time to recover from the seven different pies we managed to enjoy.

Meanwhile, on the East Coast, Mark and Aly were enjoying Thanksgiving with Aly’s parents.

Courtney sent photos of a very special Thanksgiving in Holland.

Patti was almost as cool as Owen.

Back to the Netherlands.

And in Pennsylvania, Brian and Alexis enjoyed the holiday with her parents, especially greeting their niece, Luciana.

Sean, Dana, Daniel, Patrick, and Abby shared Thanksgiving dinner with us.

Ryan suggested a great restaurant in Detroit.

The Grande Theater building, home to some of the greatest rock bands of the 60s and 70s. It was much more excicting in 1968.

The Fox District

We had a meal to remember at this place before the show at the Fox. Our waiter insisted that they were out of most everything, that it would take us hours to get our food, and that 30 people just walked in and ordered ahead of us. Funniest dinner in a very, very long time. It was like being trapped in an episode of Seinfeld.
